"I can not say enough about how amazing Kayla Milstead insurance company is! We had another agent who retired and we were then moved to their offce. Well it was the best thing that has happened because they are great.?I have had Sara working with our insurance with many cars we have and a home. "Poor poor service! We had renters insurance with State Farm back in Illinois with Zero problems,ever! So we decided to keep State Farm down here in Florida! Every since we have called them, it's just one excuse after another! We rent, so they've screwed up over & over so now WE are being charged EXTRA on top of rent. All because they CANNOT do their job. Yes, we cancelled our renters insurance with our Old State farm agent & I called them directly to cancel. So how does this office, in Florida, have the Right to jump on their computer & cancel our Renter's policy in Florida?! When it was to be cancelled in Illinois & only in Illinois?! They make excuses for why you cannot talk to KAYLA the lady who has her name on the State Farm building.... Always in a meeting, will be in a meeting for the rest of the day ( and we called her office at Noon) excuses excuses! So is STATE FARM going to REIMBURSE use for the Extra charges that our Rental compyis tacking on our Rent? Probably not! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! GO DOWN THE ROAD TO THE NEXT STATE FARM, PROBABLY HAVE BETTER LUCK! We have been dealing with a person named SUNNY! Who apparently does not know how to do her job! I cannot tell you how many times we have had to call this office for repedly messing up our policy! And we are on our 2nd policy since April 23, 2024 & today is June 21,2024. CALL THE NEXT OFFICE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ROM DEALING WITH UNSAFE, CARELESS & RECKLESS STAFF 0 Stars Kayla My name is BEVERLY SCHAEFER (Corey was my maiden name) Sunny is the lady that we have been dealing with sinceid April 2024. And we have been cancelled every singleonth through your office & or Bloomington. We have received 2 refund checks for being cancelled. Today is August 14, 2024. So I took the first refund check back to your office, wrote VOID on that check & apparently since I wrote VOID on the check that your office can not cash it. So now there is a second refund check. This is just getting Ridiculous EVERY SINGLE MONTH someone somehow is cancelling our account & it was Paid in Full for the year of Renter Insurance! Your office also said "No, we do not send a notice to your Rental property management which on your cancellation notices states that it was sent to them!
